Environemental Educator- I teach urban ecology and sustainability education to the children. I'm a visual artist- I create handbound books from organic plant fibers. I'm a culinary nutritionist of sorts. I am a vegan/raw foods chef. I teach community food education to kids and adults, conduct private and group cooking classes helping people connect with their food through a company I co-founded called Panela Productions. I studied with a master herbalist growing up so I unique understanding of food as medicine. I love to take hikes and spend quiet time alone in the woods.
